May you tell me the type of files? Are they symbolic links or resource forks? The Apple sandbox doesn't allow to 'interact' with some files if you before don't explicitly allow them. A workaround is to add to "Trusted Path" on VisualDiffer settings panel the directories or in extreme cases the root "/" directory |
