| Description | Since upgrading to 1.8.5 and a new MBP16 M1 Max, VisualDiffer crashes very often, many times a day. | ||||
| Steps To Reproduce | When hitting Refresh, and if one of the underlying folders that one of the VisDif panes are referring to has been deleted outside of VisDif, VisDif will always crash. There are other circumstances, but that one always works. | ||||

Hi, I can't reproduce the problem, please give me more details - show me the directory structure for left and right before the crash and which directory/file you delete outside the application, take a screenshot if you prefer - the diff session preferences used ( SHIFT+CMD+, ) and the comparison method ("All"/"Only mismatches" and so on) - the crash log, should appear after crash otherwise run the console.app and search for visualdiffer text I'm sorry but I need as much information as possible |
